Al-Burhan sends a congratulatory cable to the President of Djibouti on the occasion of his country’s National Day

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan, sent a congratulatory cable to Djiboutian President Ismail Omar Guelleh on the occasion of his country’s National Day.

Al-Burhan said in his telegram, “It pleases me to extend, in my name and the name of the government and people of Sudan, my warmest congratulations to Your Excellency on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Djibouti.”, stressing Sudan’s desire to consolidate Sudanese-Djiboutian relations in a way that serves the common interests of the two brotherly peoples.
