Agar Reviews MSF Efforts in Blue Nile Region

Deputy Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Malik Agar has reviewed the efforts of MSF in Blue Nile Region.
He valued high, during his meeting with the MSF delegation led by Mr. Michael Hofmann, the considerable role of the organization and its efforts to deliver the required assistance within the present difficult conditions especially in the rainy season.
Agar pledged to remove any obstacles and protect the MSF team.
For his part, Mr Hofmann affirmed, in press statement after the meeting, that the organization will continue its mission in delivering the humanitarian aid to the citizens of the region, pointing out that the delegation raised several proposals to deliver the humanitarian assistance in the rainy season through air flights from Port Sudan or through Renk in South Sudan or airdrop in Damazin if reaching the area by land becomes difficult.
