SFPA Continues Providing Mental Health and Psychosocial Support

Within the 16-days of Gender-based violence campaign in the framework of International Human Rights Day anniversary, the Sudanese Family Planning Association (SFPA) in River Nile State (Atbara) intensified its continuous tireless daily mental health and psychosocial support through its.mobile clinics, the touring team of its professional psychologists.

To well prepare for the campaign several meetings were held to work out a plan to cover the 16 days especially amid those who fled Khartoum war, considering that conflict affects children in many ways and without support, many children will struggle to cope and recover.
The SFPA also provided
Psychological support for the parents too.
The implementation of the plan is successful so far as it included lectures, mobile clins, broadcasted awareness programmes, workshops.
