Head of the TSC Mourns Emir of Kuwait

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, 1st. Lt. Gen. Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan has sent a condolence cable to the government of Kuwait on the death of its Emir, His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jabir Al-Sabah.
