SSWA and AcoGaps Sign MoU

Secretariat of Sudanese Working Abroad (SSWA) and the African Center for Governance, Peace and Transition Studies (AcoGaps) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on scientific research, studies, capacity building and transformation of knowledge.

The  Undersecretary of the SSWA, Maken Hamed Terab signed on behalf of the SSWA while the ACoGaps Regional Director, Dr. Mahmoud Zein Al-Abdine signed on behalf of the Centre.

For his part, Terab lauded the role of the AcoGaps in promoting the conceptions of immigration especially after the SSWA became a commission, pointing out to the important role which the AcoGaps can play in restoring trust between the Sudanese expatriates and the state.

ACoGaps Regional Director, Dr. Mahmoud Zein Al-Abdine hailed the partnership between the two parties in scientific research, studies, regional security besides studies on immigration in Sudan.
