Sudanese Ministry of Animal Resources, Guinea-Bissau Counterpart hold talks

The Minister of Animal Resources Hafez Ibrahim Abdel Nabi, held yesterday joint talks with his Guinea Bissau counterpart at the headquarters of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock in Guinea-Bissau.
The meeting discussed prospects for joint cooperation between the two countries, exchange of experiences in the field of marine fishing, fish farming and development of the blue economy to achieve the goals of sustainable development and cooperation in research field.
The Sudanese Minister affirmed readiness of the Ministry of Animal Resources to provide Guinea Bissau with veterinary medicines from the central laboratory in Soba, stressing that the first shipment of medicines will be exported during the next month.
For his part, Guinea Bissau Minister of Agriculture and Livestock gave briefing about the ministry’s activity in his country, affirming the work on an executive protocol for joint cooperation at the earliest opportunity for knowledge exchange in the veterinary field besides his country’s desire to import veterinary medicines from Sudan and rehabilitates technical cadres, welcoming the invitation of his Sudanese counterpart to visit Sudan.
