Press Statement

The National Commission for Human Rights expresses its deep disturbance at the systematic campaign against it, including the fabrication of statements and press statements attributed to the Commission. In this regard, the National Commission for Human Rights confirms the following:
1. It did not issue any press release today, and that its last press release was on voluntary work and the freedom of work of civil society organizations, which was issued on the evening of February 11, 2023.
2. The National Commission for Human Rights notes that all its statements are published on the National Commission for Human Rights’ Facebook page.
3. The National Commission for Human Rights affirms that such campaigns that rely on fabrication and falsehood cannot weaken its role and will not discourage it from playing its role in complete independence, and it will continue to defend its independence in all circumstances.
