Justice Strategies Workshop calls for national reconciliation

strategic expert, Professor Hussein Abu Salih, stressed in the workshop of the justice strategies the importance of equal rights and treatment of the shortcomings in the judicial authority in the country to achieve justice and protect justice through independent legislation that is not restricted by a political agenda.

He pointed in the workshop organized by the Ministry of Justice today at the Khartoum Fair, on justice strategies and its role in the Sudan’s stability of Sudan, that the country needs national reconciliation that goes beyond the conflict over chairs and political ideology and opening new pages that prevent the repetition of past mistakes.

Minister of Communications and Digital Transformation, Adel Hassan Mohammed Al-Hussein, stressed the necessity of respecting the legislative and justice systems, pointing to the temporary necessity of keeping pace with the democratic transformation of the legal and justice systems, calling for the rejection of hate speech and support for ways of coexistence that accommodates the tribal components with their differences and cultures.

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice, Maulana Huwaida Ali Awad Al-Karim, affirmed the ministry’s readiness to adopt legal systems and legislation that contribute to achieving stability and democratic transformation, and to support all initiatives that would enhance peace, stability and respect for the rule of law, and praised the workshop and its participants who contributed to its success.
