ITEC Course

Mrs. Binda Bahuguna, First Secretary congratulated Ms. Omsalma Gasmallah Babiker from Khartoum, Sudan on being selected for the course “Advanced Certificate Course on Strengthening Technical and Vocational Education & Training (TVET) Systems to Meet the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS) OF United Nation” at National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research, Chennai, India under the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme of the Government of India.

ITEC is a full scholarship programme offered by the Ministry of External Affairs of India. It covers two-way flight fares, accommodation in India, tuition fees, and daily allowances. There are 270 Scholarships offered to Sudanese nationals every year.
