Education Leadership and Management Forum in Northern State

The Sudanese Coalition for Education for All, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education in the Northern State , organized a Forum on Education Leadership and Management Forum in Northern State in the presence of the Director General of the Ministry, Seif El-Din Mohamed Awadallah, and the coordinator of the Sudanese Coalition in the Northren State , Mohamed Hassan .
The forum dealt with the outputs of the training course organized by the Sudanese Coalition last September, the performance in this period was evaluated and a number of models were discussed for the leaders of the ministry and school administrations.
The forum presented scientific paper entitled Planning presented by Dr. Mona Ahmed Omar, the paper dealt with the role of proper planning in the success of the educational process .
The President of the Coalition for Education for All SCEFA , Muhammad Al-Hassan Mustafa, pointed out to the benefits that were reflected from this session on the educational process, pointing also to the holding of another evaluation forum next March and stressed the organization’s stand with the obstacles to the educational process and its development in the north.
The Director General of the Ministry, Saif Al-Din Muhammad Awadallah, confirmed the Ministry’s cooperation with the Coalition for the success of all educational programs that contribute to the development of education in the state, appreciating the role of the coalition in training leaders.
The Director of the Training Department at the Ministry, Ali Warraq, praised the great role played by the Coalition in training the Ministry’s departments and schools in leadership, stressing his administration’s interest in training and raising the capabilities of teachers in the state.
It is worth noting that all participants in the forum praised the training carried out by the coalition, stressing their keenness to benefit from it in upgrading performance in education in the state.
