Al-Hadi Idris lauds Qatar stances towards Sudan

The member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Dr. Al-Hadi Idris, met in his office today, His Excellency Ambassador Mohamed Ibrahim Al-Sada, Ambassador of the State of Qatar in Khartoum.

The member of the TSC has commended Qatar’s stance the Sudan and the Sudanese people, and the efforts it has exerted since its sponsorship of peace in Darfur, its establishment of many investment and service projects, provision of humanitarian assistance to the displaced to return to their villages, and the building of educational and health facilities in Darfur.

Ambassador Mohamed Ibrahim Al-Sada described the Sudanese-Qatari relations as distinguished, indicating work to strengthen, push forward, and upgrade and consolidate them in all fields, the meeting also tackled the possibility of overcoming the obstacles facing Qatari investments through meetings with Sudanese officials.
