Al-Shareef Siddiq Meets the Indian Ambassador

Leader of the Democratic Unionist Party (Revolution Legitimacy) and member of the Leading Office of the Democratic Unionist Party,   Al-Shareef Siddiq Al-Hindi has met yesterday, Sunday, with Ambassador B.S. Mubarak.

The meeting discussed the deep-rooted relations between the two countries and the link of the Sudanese national movement with India, besides what India provides for Sudanese students and patients in India.

For his part, Al-Shareef Siddiq said in press statements that the meeting discussed the role and stance of the Democratic Unionist Party towards the national issues, the deep-rooted relations between Sudan and India, the similarities in national action and struggle relating to the great role played by  the leaders Nehru of India and Al-Azhari of Sudan.

The Indian Ambassador commended the relations between the two countries, pointing out to the considerable development in those relations in terms of trade, knowledge and health, affirming that India is supportive to Sudan’s stability and security.
