Al-Burhan Visits Al-Gitainah in White Nile State

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdul Fattah al-Burhan, praised the growing role played by the people of Al-Gitaiynah and their continuous support for the Armed Forces and the protection of the Sudanese state. He noted the region’s symbolic importance in training fighters.

Addressing the citizens of Al-Gitainah in White Nile State today, following Friday prayers at the Grand Mosque, he affirmed the determination of the Armed Forces and their supporting forces to eliminate the rebel militia and eradicate it completely.
He stated that this path is irreversible until this militia is destroyed.
He pledged to continue the path for which countless martyrs sacrificed their lives making history and earning the respect of the Sudanese people.
