Dismissal of Health Minister Moez Bakhit

Sudanese Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris issued a decision today relieving Dr. Moez Omar Bakhit of his position as Minister of Health and appointing Dr. Haitham Mohamed Ibrahim Awadallah as Minister of Health.

The dismissed minister suffered a broken leg before arriving in Sudan to take the oath of office and assume his position. Today, a decision was issued to replace him with Dr. Haitham, who had previously served as Acting Minister of Health.
