Al-Burhan Chairs the Sovereignty Council Regular Meeting

The Transitional Sovereignty Council held its regular meeting today, chaired by Council Chairman Lieutenant General Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan.

The meeting addressed the overall situation in the country, particularly the security and economic aspects.

The meeting reviewed the operational situation on all fronts of the National Dignity Battle.

The meeting praised the victories of the armed forces, the joint forces, the mobilized forces, and the popular resistance in defeating the rebellion.

The meeting expressed hope that the formation of the upcoming civilian government of hope, headed by Dr. Kamil Idris, would contribute to the establishment of security and peace throughout the country and improve people’s livelihoods, thus enhancing stability and social peace for citizens.
