Al-Burhan Makes a Phone Call with the Emir of Qatar

Head of the Sovereignty Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces
Lieutenant General Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan, , today made a phone call with the Emir of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
During the call, Al-Burhan was reassured about the continued security and stability in Qatar in light of the attack on Al Edeid Air Base.
Lieutenant General Al-Burhan expressed the solidarity of the Sudanese government and people with the sisterly State of Qatar.

He affirmed Sudan’s condemnation of this attack, which constitutes a clear violation of the principles of international law, the United Nations Charter, and the sovereignty of the sisterly State of Qatar.
