Sport as part of re-building Sudan

Exercising is very useful to the body’s overall health, and specially to the health of the heart. Experts advise at least a daily 30 minutes’ walk to boost the blood circulation and hence improving the whole body health.
In Sudan, sports have always been part of men’s everyday routine. Specially football; every man ever since his young age, played a football match with his friends at the neighborhood yard where the entire neighbors are responsible for the safety of all the boys playing. Those were good times for all the boys. No parent is worried about his son. Some of the boys turned out to be great football players and played great matches with great national and international teams.
The future of domestic sports after the war is a different story. It is no longer safe to even let your child go out and play with the other kids anymore. Parents are very terrified to even go out themselves. This aspect needs to be considered along with all the other aspects of our everyday life. The government is to work very hard to secure a normal life to all the Sudanese not just inside the capital, but at all states and regions.
Our great government is to work hard to secure and restore the Sudanese lives. Starting with health, education, agriculture, and sports, we are to work hard to overcome all the adversities we have led ourselves to. It is never easy to switch on the lights after all the darkness in the country, but we can at least try harder.
May Allah bless our souls and may Him grant wisdom and positive thinking to our leaders to win this war, and may Him give our government officials the strength and good insights to achieve better results.
