Security and Defense Council

1. The whole world has been following up for more than two years the crime of aggression against Sudan’s sovereignty, territorial integrity, the security of its citizens from the United Arab Emirates, and through its local agent, the RSF terrorist militia and its political back.

2. When the UAE was certain of the defeat of its local agent, which was defeated by our armed forces, the legitimate institution entrusted with defending the homeland and preserving its capabilities, it escalated its support and harnessed more of its capabilities to supply the rebellion with advanced strategic weapons. .

3. It has been targeting vital and service facilities in the country, most recently targeting oil and gas depots, Port Sudan port and airport, power stations and hotels, hence endangering the lives and property of millions of civilians.

4. As a result of this continuous aggression, the Security and Defense Council decided the following: –
– The declaration of the United Arab Emirates as a state of aggression.
– Cutting diplomatic ties with it.
– Withdrawal of the Sudanese Embassy and the Consulate General.
– 5. Consistent with the text and spirit of Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations, which gave states the right to defend themselves, Sudan reserves the right to respond to aggression by all means to preserve the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country and to ensure the protection of civilians and the continued access of humanitarian aid.

6. The council appreciates the struggles of the Sudanese people and their armed forces, police, security, common forces and popular resistance, and reassures the Sudanese nation that the state is able to deter aggression and preserve the security of the country.

7. May Allah keep Sudan dear, honorable, lofty, stable and victorious.
