Al-Burhan back Home After a Brotherly Visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Lt. Gen. Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan, Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, returned home today after a brotherly visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, during which he held talks with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud regarding the promotion and development of relations between the two brotherly countries.

His Excellency briefed the Saudi Crown Prince on the overall situation in Sudan following the recent victories achieved by the armed forces in various theaters of the Battle of Dignity. He also briefed the Sudanese government on the arrangements currently being made to prepare for reconstruction operations following the war’s destruction.

The two countries had agreed to establish a joint coordination council to strengthen relations between the two countries and advance prospects for joint cooperation in various fields.
