Training workshop on the effective management of vaccines and cold chain equipment concludes

The Expanded Program on Immunization at the Federal Ministry of Health in Kassala in cooperation with UNICEF concluded a six-day training workshop for supply officers on the effective management of vaccines and cold chain equipment for the northern states of River Nile and Khartoum.

The Director of the General Department of Basic Health Care, Dr. Dalia Idris Hassan, praised the immunization workers, especially the supply and cold chain officers, describing them as unknown soldiers, and added immunization leads the health system for the better.

The Director of the Expanded Program on Immunization , Ismail Al-Adani, called for the application of what was stated in the course on the ground, whether at the level of state or local presidencies.

He also witnessed the distribution of certificates to students from the three states and their localities.
