Savior Media has organized an effective “dialogues with the United Nations-based anti-violence ” at the Naval Ports Club, Port Sudan, Participated by children from different parts of Sudan, where they dealt with the challenges they face as a result of war , their negative impacts on their lives and future.

The event addressed the deep impacts of Sudan War on children, displacement of thousands of families, 80% out of Schools , because of the destruction of schools, many of Children forced recruitment, violence and exploitation. In addition, children were suffering from sharp psychological trauma from losing their loved ones , watching the violence of war , they face a severe shortage of health and food care because of the deterioration of infrastructure.

This event is part of the Organization’s efforts to promote awareness of the protection and defense of children’s rights under the difficult circumstances as a result of ongoing conflicts, seeking to highlight the suffering of children and the invitation of the international community to provide the necessary support.

Sudan is continuing its commitments to children for a safe childhood and  activating all regional and global laws ratified by Sudan and arranging mechanisms for the protection of children in the armed conflict areas.

International Organizations are responding, but more assistance is urgently needed.They said the violence against children and the attacks on critical infrastructure must stop.

It is imperative to ensure safe and unimpeded humanitarian access to reach more children with critical aid.No child should ever have to bear the horror of war.​war is so painful, Nothing can make them forget​ how terrible it is.

All children have the right to be safe no matter where they are.
