Egypt will not hesitate to support Sudan, Says Egyptian Premier

Egyptian Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouly said that Sudan suffers from a scarcity of drinking water due to the current crisis in the country, stressing that Egypt will not hesitate to support Sudan and stand by it in the crisis it faces, Madbouly said in his speech at the opening session of the Seventh Cairo Water Week that Egypt believes in the importance of cooperation and adopting the principles of international law regarding cross-border waterways, noting that water represents an element of cooperation and development between riparian countries, and Egypt is keen to enhance cooperation with Nile Basin countries despite the challenges it faces regarding cross-border waterways.
