Interior Minister Launches Control and Monitoring room to follow up negative phenomenons

Minister of Interior, Major General Eng. Khalil Pasha Sayreen, launched, today, the control and monitoring center to monitor and follow up on all negative phenomenons and security chaos in the Red Sea State
This is through a room that carries out tasks and responsibilities under the supervision of the Governor of the Red Sea State, Major General Eng. Mustafa Mohamed Nour, the Secretary-General of the State Government, the Director of Police, and the Directors of Military and Security Departments.

Sayreen said that there will be a room in a number of states, but the priority will be for the Red Sea State, noting that the goal of establishing the room is to employ and operate the human force from the members of the police forces who were displaced from the states affected by the war and were not absorbed, and it is necessary to benefit from their capabilities in maintaining security.
The Minister of Interior said that the civil administrations and community components were involved in the security process and its preservation based on the slogan security is everyone’s responsibility, adding that the Red Sea State has a special status due to the circumstances that affected it due to the war.
Sayreen reassured that during his external participations and meetings with all parties, a number of states are witnessing great stability in the security process, and have witnessed several major international and regional visits by heads and directors of international organizations, which is a strong evidence and indicator of the stability of the security situation. He stressed that the security process is carried out by the security and military authorities and is supervised by the police forces, the Red Sea Military Region, and the intelligence service in the state, in addition to the security and control room, affirming that the room will be generalized in all stable states and will work to strike dormant cells, pursue infiltrators, and close all loopholes that threaten public security and safety in the country.
