Kabbashi heads to Mali and Niger

Member of the Sovereignty Council، Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Sudanese Armed Forces, 1st. Lt. Gen. Shams al-Din Kabbashi accompanied by Minister of Defence, Lt. Gen. Yassin Ibrahim, headed today to the countries of Niger and Mali in an official visit that will last several days.

He was seen off at Port Sudan International Airport by the Secretary-General of the Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Mohamed Al-Ghali Ali Youssef.

During the visit, Kabbashi will hold discussions with the leaders of those countries, which will address the course of bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen them, as well as the developments of the ongoing war and its impact on the regional and international arena.
