The RSF: An Ambition doomed to Fail.

Patrick heinisch, the EU Representative for the Horn of Africa, in a recent tweet, said, ” Behind closed doors, many are already discussing the question: what if the RSF militia wins the war in Sudan? They are destroyers, not administrators. It’s hard to imagine them ruling a state,”.
First, in fact, the RSF is not a representative of the Arab tribes in Darfur, nor is it a representative of the nomadic tribes or the marginalised people or their causes as it claims.
The notorious behaviour of the militia during the past seven months had actually alienated it at both the local and international levels.
The view expressed by the EU official had been echoed by many analysts, renowned news portals, and authentic global think tanks. Many argue that the RSF is a fascist militia guilty of committing serial war crimes and does not permit a place in Sudan’s political arena. These crimes include mass killing on the basis of identity in West Darfur, systematic rape and other forms of sexual violence, looting and bulldozing of properties in khartoum, mass expulsion of citizens, occupation of houses and their conversion into military bases. These crimes are prime reasons to reject the presence of the RSF militia in Sudan’s political scene.
The World Peace Foundation, in an article published on its website, said that if the RSF were to prevail, we should expect that a Sudanese government would become a wholly-owned subsidiary ofcommercial-military-ethnic agenda of the Dagolo family. Adding that such government would be completely rejected and resisted by citizens of Sudan.
The report went to say that the contradiction of paramilitary governance is its destructiveness، adding that the RSF strategy is to attack and loot everything and drive out the locals, they can sustain themselves only by moving on to new victims, and in the due course, they will run out of cities to pillage.
