Orbits: Better Late than Never

In its press conference the Armed Struggle Movements Juba Peace Agreement signatories) announced its refrain from neutrality towards the ongoing war in Sudan, which means simply that it decided to confront the ongoing RSF fragmentation project.
The leaders of the Armed Struggle Movements reiterated, in the press conference, their fighting side by side with the Sudanese Army in all battlefields,
The step was expected to take place since the start of Khartoum war, especially from JEM (Jibril) and SLA (Minnawi), but as the saying goes (Better Late than Never).
It goes without saying that the war in its first days was in favor of the RSF due to its readiness as it mobilized 120 thousand armed soldiers equipped by 300 tanks besides open supply chains. It was possible for the RSF to occupy Khartoum, but the strict tactics of the Sudanese Army and the neutrality of the Armed Struggle Movements foiled the plot.
The RSF militia attempted to create breakaway factions from the Juba Peace Agreement signatories aiming at weakening those movements or at least nueterlize it, but the atrocities and ethnic cleansing practices of the RSF pushed JEM and SLA to declare their clear stance in supporting the Sudanese Army.
The step of JEM and SLA is considered political and military gain to the Sudanese people as it will broaden the popular rejection to the RSF movements in Darfur and other states, hence enable the army to take the lead even in the RSF controlled areas.
The courageous step of Jibril and Minnawi found popular and political support as several political parties and forces announced its blessing to it, considering its a right step on the right direction to bring about control and achieve peace, stability and prosperity to our beloved Sudan.
