Al-Burhan Back Home after Short Visit to Eritrea

Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, 1st. Lt. Gen. Abdul Fattah Al-Burhan returned to Port Sudan after a one-day visit to Eritrea.
He was received at Port Sudan airport by each of Deputy Head of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Malik Agar, the Secretary General of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, Lt. Gen. Mohamed Al-Gaili Ali and several ministers.
For his part, Acting Foreign Minister, Ambassador Ali Al-Sadiq said in press statements that the visit confirmed the Eritrean support to Sudan and its unity, pointing out to Afwerki’s firm stance in supporting peace and stability in IGAD and neighboring countries summits, adding that Al-Burhan breifed the Eritrean President on the developments in Sudan, the rebellion of the RSF and its atrocities against the people of Sudan.
He added that the session tackled the initiatives dealing with the Sudanese crisis and the means of unifying it to come out with an agreed on vision that achieves peace and stability in Sudan.
