A State of emergency declared in W, Kordofan as of today

Governor of West Kordofan State, Khalid Mohamed Ahmed on Monday declared a state of emergency all over the state including the oilfield sites as of today February 27th and will last for a month according to directives of the President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC).
The emergency law will be enforced by the Joint Forces and a special court to be formed by the judiciary and the public prosecution.
