Vice President of the Sovereignty Council affirms Sudan’s keenness to strengthen its relations with the State of Qatar

Vice-President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council, 1st Lieutenant General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, affirmed Sudan’s keenness to develop and strengthen its relations with the sisterly State of Qatar in various fields, by supporting and activating mechanisms of joint cooperation between the two countries.
His Excellency praised, during his meeting at the Republican Palace today, the Ambassador of Qatar State to Sudan, Ambassador Mohamed Ibrahim Al-Sada, the role played by the State of Qatar in supporting peace and stability in Sudan, especially in Darfur region highlighting the contributions of Qatari charitable organizations working in the field of relief and humanitarian aid.
Ambassador Mohamed Ibrahim Al-Sada said, in a press statement, that the meeting touched on sincere fraternal relations and ways to promote them, referring to the distinguished relations between the two countries at the official and popular levels.
