Commander-in-Chief Witnesses Graduation of Military officers New Batches
President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces General Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, witnessed yesterday, at the Military College the graduation ceremony of the two batches(66) and (22) of the Military College and (22) of the Naval College, in addition to other batches of different specializations of the Colleges of Karary University.
The ceremony was attended by the Defense Minister, Chief of Staff, the Director General of the Police Forces and the Director of the National Intelligence Service along with members of the Armed Forces Command, senior commanders and officers.
In his address to the occasion, the chief of staff, Lt. Gen. Mohamed Osman al-Hussein, stated that the armed forces will remain united behind its leadership and are ready to stand against all forms of conspiracy and mercenaries facing the country with full force and merit and will miss the opportunity for those who lurk in the security and safety of the homeland.
The chief of staff pointed out that the armed forces will continue to fulfill their mission despite the challenges, and support any political endeavors that could lead the country out of its current crises.
He affirmed that the graduating batches represent a qualitative pillar and a strong contribution to the ongoing armed forces development project, which will remain a goal we are working on to reach the highest levels of combat efficiency.
He praised the Military College, which he described as representing an eternal symbol of nationalism, and it did not witness any of the afflictions of tribal or regional sectarianism.
At the end of his speech, he congratulated the graduates and their families and thanked all the Sudanese families who continued to provide the armed forces with the best of their sons to enroll in the soldiery, he also praised the two educational institutions at the Military College and Karary University.
He appreciated the continuous support of the Commander-in-Chief and the Minister of Defense for the educational institutions of the armed forces.
