Agreement between Sudan and Saudi Arabia to allocate Sudanese Pilgrims for the year 1444 HA

The Minister of Religious Affairs and Endowments, Ahmed Abbas Abdel Atti and his Saudi counterpart sign the Sudanese Pilgrims Agreement for the year 1444 AH in the presence of the Consul General of Sudan in Jeddah and members of the Sudanese Pilgrims Affairs Office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The Minister has affirmed that all preparations have been made for receiving the Sudanese hajjs in Holy Makkah and
Al-Madīnah al-Munawwarah

Ahmed Abbas praised the cooperation of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and its branches and officials besides the private Saudi institutions working in the field of providing services to pilgrims and Umrah performers.

Abdel Atti announced the return of Sudan’s quota of Hajj this year, as it was before the COVID-19 pandemic, with 32,000 pilgrims.
