Khartoum – Vice-President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) General Mohamed Hamdan Daglo left today to Nyala, capital of South Darfur State, accompanied by TSC Member Dr. Al-Hadi Idris Yahya, a representative of the Public Prosecution, Commander of Land Forces Lieutenant General Rashad Abdel-Hamid, the representative of the police forces, Lieutenant General Mohamed Ibrahim Awadallah, representative of the General Intelligence Service Major General Abu-Obeida Mirghani Fadl and a number of military leaderships.

The visit of the Vice-President of the Sovereignty Council and his accompanying delegation to South Darfur State comes to get acquainted with the general situation in the state and the security incidents that took place in the areas east of Nyala in the past days.

It is noteworthy that Daglo made a similar visit, in the middle of this year, to the State of West Darfur for a period of two months, during which he held a number of reconciliations between the tribal components, which led to the stability of the security and social conditions.
