Darfur Governor post the following on his Facebook page:

We will prevail, God willing. No matter how severe the trials and how great the challenges, our unwavering will cannot be broken, our steadfast resolve will not falter, and our sincere determination knows no retreat. We will proceed with unwavering resolve until our people return to their homes safe and secure, until the mothers of the martyrs find peace and tranquility, and until the goals for which the martyrs sacrificed their lives are achieved. Difficulties will not deter us, and challenges will not stand in the way of our determination. Our path is clear, our will is firm, and our hope for victory is unshaken. Our morale is high, and may God have mercy on our heroic martyrs.
