University of El Daein Continues Its Academic Mission Despite Challenges

The Vice Chancellor of the University of El Daein, Professor Ali Younis Birema Jamma, affirmed that the university remains committed to its academic mission despite ongoing challenges, noting that holding the University Senate meeting in person in Omdurman reflects the institution’s academic and administrative stability.

The Senate approved the graduation of 64 students from the Faculty of Medical Laboratories and endorsed the results of the Faculty of Medicine graduates. It also reviewed the progress of academic activities across the university’s faculties.

The meeting approved a comprehensive digital transformation project to securely digitize academic and administrative records, in addition to faculty development programs and international academic partnerships. The university also reaffirmed its commitment to community service initiatives and continued institutional development.
