Human Appeal Supports Sudan Secondary Certificate Examination Marking Center with Drinking Water

The British humanitarian organization Human Appeal – Sudan Office has commenced the provision of drinking water to the Sudanese Secondary School Certificate Examination Marking Center in Karari locality, in collaboration with the Health Committee of the examination control center.

This initiative comes as part of the organization’s support for the educational process and its efforts to improve the working environment for teachers and staff involved in the examination marking process.

The initiative includes the supply of 30 barrels of drinking water three days per week, aiming to help create a healthy and suitable working environment for teachers, educators, and staff during the marking period.

The initiative was facilitated through the efforts of journalist and humanitarian activist (Osman Al-Jundi) as part of ongoing endeavors to strengthen community and humanitarian partnerships in support of education sector workers and to ease their burdens.

The Head of the Health Committee at the Secondary Certificate Examination Marking Center, Abu Ubaida Mohamed Osman, expressed appreciation to Human Appeal for its support, noting that the provision of drinking water represents valuable assistance to staff and contributes to improving working conditions within the marking centers, particularly amid the current high temperatures.
