Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan receives Executive Secretary of IGAD 

On the sidelines of the Islamic Development Bank Annual Meetings, Mr. Yalchin Rafiyev, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, received the Executive Secretary of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD), Mr. Vargni Gabiho. The meeting addressed issues of mutual interest, including peace and security, climate change, education, and capacity building in the digitalization of government services. Both sides agreed on a roadmap to strengthen a partnership aimed at creating more opportunities for the people of the region.
