TSC Mourns Lieutenant General Ismat Ahmed Babiker

The General Secretariat of the Transitional Sovereignty Council mourns with profound sorrow the passing of Lieutenant General Ismat Ahmed Babiker, former Undersecretary of the Ministry of the Presidency, who passed away after a distinguished career dedicated to public service and serving his country.
The deceased was a role model and an example of wise leadership, integrity, and discipline. He was distinguished by his sincerity and dedication to his national duties and left a clear mark in the various positions he held, particularly during his time at the Presidential Palace. He also contributed significantly to the development of institutions affiliated with the Presidency, in addition to his efforts in strengthening administrative practices.
The late Lieutenant General held several leadership positions within the Ministry of the Interior and contributed throughout his career to serving state institutions and enhancing administrative and security operations.
The General Secretariat of the Sovereignty Council expresses its deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the family of the deceased and his colleagues in the Sovereignty Council and the Ministry of Interior, praying to God Almighty to grant him His abundant mercy, to admit him to Paradise, and to grant his family and loved ones patience and solace.
