Minister of Justice meets with the Secretary-General of the Islamic Da‘wah Organization

The Minister of Justice, Dr. Abdullah Dafr, met today in his office with the Secretary-General of the Islamic Da‘wah Organization, Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Adam, where the latter reviewed the organization’s activities inside and outside Sudan.
Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Adam explained that the organization continues to carry out its humanitarian mission, confirming its return to its headquarters in the capital, Khartoum, and the continuation of its work normally despite the challenges it faced during the past period.
He also expressed his appreciation and gratitude to the Government of Sudan for the facilitations and support it has provided since the organization’s establishment in 1980, noting that this support has contributed to the continuity of its humanitarian mission and its service to communities inside and outside Sudan.
For his part, the Minister of Justice praised the significant efforts undertaken by the organization in various fields, welcoming its return to its headquarters in Khartoum after the damages caused by the war.
Dr. Dafr affirmed his ministry’s readiness to continue providing technical and legal support to the organization through the relevant department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a way that contributes to the success of its programs and activities and enhances its humanitarian role.
The Minister also expressed his wishes that the meeting of the organization’s Board of Trustees achieves the desired outcomes, supporting its mission and strengthening its role in serving communities inside and outside Sudan, especially in light of the exceptional circumstances the country is currently experiencing.
