The Committee for Establishing and Following Up on International Lawsuits Against the RSF Terrorist Militia and its Supporters Holds its Periodic Meeting

As part of its periodic meetings, the Committee for Establishing and Following Up on International Lawsuits Against the RSF Terrorist Militia, its Supporters, and the States Supporting it held its meeting, chaired by the Minister of Justice, Dr. Abdullah Dirif, and attended by the committee members.

During the meeting, the committee discussed the implementation of its proposed plan regarding international and regional litigation against the states supporting the RSF terrorist militia before international and regional courts and mechanisms.

It also discussed the legal mechanisms for recovering the funds of the RSF terrorist militia and its members from outside Sudan.

The meeting also addressed legal avenues for prosecuting members and supporters of the RSF terrorist militia residing outside Sudan.
