NSWF employees donates SDG60 Million to Support the Armed Forces

Employees of the National Students Welfare Fund (NSWF) announced their continued support for the Armed Forces and their solidarity with the.army until the country is cleansed of the scourge of terrorist militias.

Dr. Ahmed Hamza Al-Amin, Secretary-General of the Fund, who led the Fund’s delegation to deliver the employees’ contribution to the Armed Forces on Tuesday at the Higher Guidance Committee in Wadi Sayedna, headed by Major General Amir Suleiman Fadl Al-Mawla, affirmed the Fund’s and its employees’ support for the army in the nation’s decisive battle. He noted that the employees’ cash contribution is an extension of the Fund’s previous efforts in organizing support convoys for the Armed Forces, visiting the wounded, and honoring the families of martyrs. The head of the Fund’s employees’ union branch, Ali Al-Amin Banqa, stated that they stand shoulder to shoulder with the army, embodying the slogan “One Army, One People.” He revealed that the Fund had contributed 23 martyrs to the Battle of Karameh and noted that the union, under the auspices of the Secretary-General, honored the martyrs’ families. He added that Fund employees are now donating five days’ salary to support the Armed Forces with a financial contribution of 60 million Sudanese pounds, demonstrating their belief in the importance of supporting the Armed Forces in the nation’s battle.

Major General Engineer Dr. Amir Suleiman, Head of the Higher Guidance Committee and Vice-Chancellor of Karari University, expressed the Armed Forces’ appreciation for the Fund’s efforts in supporting the Battle of Dignity through organizing convoys, providing financial support, and assisting higher education institutions. He commended the Fund’s efforts in reconstruction projects, particularly the reopening of dormitories, which facilitated the return of students to Khartoum State.
