Human Resources and Digital Transformation Partnership to Modernize Civil Service and Enhance Social Protection

The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Motasem Ahmed Saleh, met on Sunday with the Minister of Digital Transformation and Communications, Eng. Ahmed Al-Dardiri Ghandour, within the framework of coordinating efforts to modernize state institutions and enhance the efficiency of government performance.

The meeting was briefed on the features of the new civil service system that the Ministry is working to develop as part of a comprehensive plan to modernize and improve the work of the Civil Service Bureau in order to enhance the efficiency of public administration and consolidate the principles of transparency and governance, in addition to advancing the path of digital transformation in state institutions.

The two sides also reviewed the progress made in establishing the unified social registration system as one of the most prominent strategic tools to support social protection policies, as it provides an accurate and integrated database that contributes to improving the targeting of the most needy groups, raising the efficiency of support channeling, and enhancing the equitable distribution of resources and services.
