Federal Ministry of Health and SAPA Launch the Cleft Lip Surgery Program

The Federal Ministry of Health, in cooperation with the Sudanese Physicians Association of America (SAPA) and GODA, and in partnership with the Ministry of Health of Khartoum State, has launched a specialized surgical program at Bahri Teaching Hospital aimed at treating cases of cleft lip in children.

The program aims to perform surgeries on 60 children in need, according to an approved medical schedule and under the supervision of qualified medical staff.
This initiative is part of the efforts of the Federal Ministry of Health and its partners to enhance access to specialized care services and improve the quality of life for beneficiary children and their families, reflecting their commitment to supporting the health sector in Sudan.
