Army Neutralizes Entire Force in Close-Range Engagement

The area surrounding the city of Dilling in West Kordofan State witnessed fierce clashes after Sudanese army forces repelled an attack by a Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia. According to field sources, the forces engaged the attackers at close range, dismantling the attacking force and thwarting its attempt to advance on the city.
The sources reported that more than 54 attackers, including foreign fighters, were killed during the operation, while the armed forces continued to comb the area to prevent any further infiltration attempts.
The West and South Kordofan regions have witnessed an escalation in the pace of confrontations in recent days, amidst ongoing military operations between the warring parties.
