Khalid Salis and Musa Hilal affirm unity of rank and support for the battle of dignity until the liberation of the homeland.

Within the framework of strengthening national coordination between the forces supporting the state, Lieutenant General Khalid Salis Abbakar, the Chief Commander and Founder of the Sudanese Youth for Change and Justice, met with Musa Hilal, the chairman of the Revolutionary Awakening Council (RAC), after his return to the capital, Khartoum.

During the meeting, Khalid Salis offered his condolences to the martyrs of the Mustariha area, expressing his sincere condolences to the families of the martyrs, wishing a speedy recovery to Commander Musa Hilal Abdullah, and assuring him of his health in an atmosphere dominated by a national spirit and shared responsibility.

In a press statement after the meeting, the head of the Sudanese Youth for Change and Justice Movement explained that the talks dealt with ways to enhance joint cooperation between the two movements in organizational aspects.

Lieutenant General Dr. Khalid Salis confirmed that the Sudanese Youth for Change and Justice and the Revolutionary Awakening Council did not sign any peace agreement, but they were among the first movements to announce a clear national position in support of the armed forces.

He added that the two movements renew their full commitment to joint action to liberate the homeland, defeat the militias and their supporters, exert every precious effort to restore security and stability, and preserve the dignity of the Sudanese people.
