Dissolution of Boards of Directors of Government Companies and Agencies and Dismissal of Lamia Abdel Ghaffar, Badr Al-Din Al-Jaafari, and Mohamed Abdel Qader

Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris issued the following decrees today, Thursday, March 12, 2026:

1- Dissolution of the boards of directors of public sector companies, units, agencies, and government entities.

2- Dissolution of the board of directors of the Sudanese Consumer Goods Company (Sel3ati) and transfer of the company to the Ministry of Finance.

3- Dismissal of the Prime Minister’s Advisor, Ambassador Badr Al-Din Ali Mohamed Al-Jaafari.

4- Dismissal of the Minister of Cabinet Affairs, Dr. Lamia Abdel Ghaffar Khalaf Allah

5- Dismissal of the Press Advisor at the Office of the Prime Minister, Mr. Mohamed Abdel Qader
