Activating programs in social centers targeting 280 women in Jabal Awlia

The Director General of the Ministry of Social Development in Khartoum State, Siddiq Hassan Farini, reiterated his ministry’s commitment to supporting productive families and standing with them by opening financing and marketing opportunities for their products through the ministry’s financing institutions.

This came when he addressed the Hawa Social Center in Jabal Awlia locality, inaugurating the soap and make-up manufacturing course organized by the General Directorate of Community Development and Poverty Alleviation for 280 women.

The Director of the General Directorate of Community Development and Poverty Alleviation at the Ministry of Social Development, Imtanan Osman Khamis, indicated that the training course falls under the programs of her department aimed at activating social centers in order to normalize life and create an environment for the return of citizens to Khartoum State.
