SAPA Launches Mobile Clinic to Promote Maternal and Child Health in Khartoum

In a qualitative step aimed at enhancing health services and reaching the most vulnerable and needy communities, SAPA has received a mobile clinic provided by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) to offer reproductive health services in Khartoum State.

The initiative is a partnership between SAPA and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and is in cooperation with the Ministry of Health in Khartoum State, where the clinic will provide integrated services including prenatal, natural childbirth, and postpartum care through qualified medical staff, free of charge. The clinic is equipped with an integrated laboratory and a number of medical devices for maternal and child health, in addition to solar energy and an electric generator to ensure continuity of service.

This initiative is a direct response to the growing humanitarian and health needs and reinforces the principle that health is a right for all, with a focus on improving access to prevention and integrated health care for targeted communities.
