Jaber: The Militia is Retreating, and the Sudanese People Will Soon Witness Final Victory

Lieutenant General Ibrahim Jaber Ibrahim, a member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and Assistant Commander-in-Chief, affirmed that the Armed Forces and their supporting forces are steadily advancing in defeating the rebellion on all fronts. He indicated that the militia is in continuous retreat and that complete victory will be declared soon.

Speaking at the closing ceremony of the 16th “Made in Sudan” exhibition at Khartoum International Fairgrounds in Burri, in the presence of the Minister of Industry and Trade, Dr. Mahasin Ali Yaqoub, and the Governor of Khartoum, Ahmed Othman Hamza, he noted that the country is poised for a comprehensive industrial renaissance across various sectors. He also announced the state’s support for efforts to promote and develop national industry, considering it a crucial economic pillar that contributes to reducing the demand for foreign currency, providing job opportunities for young people, and offering Sudanese products capable of competing in global markets.

Lieutenant General Jaber praised Giad Automotive’s move towards opening a new production line for electric and clean energy vehicles, which will contribute to reducing reliance on fuel.

He also called on companies and the Employers’ Federation to forge an effective partnership with the National Cooperative Corporation to ensure that discount centers remain open in all neighborhoods and districts after the exhibition concludes, thus contributing to reducing the cost of living for citizens.

In the same vein, Lieutenant General Jaber commended the efforts of the exhibition’s organizing committee and the participation of more than 137 factories and companies despite the current circumstances and challenges. He expressed his appreciation for the ongoing cooperation and communication between the government and the industrial sector to drive production and their commitment to the resumption of industrial activity and commercial and cultural events in Khartoum State.
