IBN SINA University and the Supreme Council for Human Development Organize the Early Recovery and Reconstruction Workshop
The Supreme Council for Human Development and Labor in Khartoum State announced a program to restore the work environment in educational institutions and universities within the framework of recovery and the return of life in Khartoum.
The Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Human Development and Labor in Khartoum State, Zulfiqar Mohamed Al-Amin, stressed the importance of initiatives in supporting the return and recovery of educational institutions. He stated during his address at the early recovery and reconstruction workshop organized by Ibn Sina University in cooperation with the Council at the university’s headquarters in Khartoum that the first initiatives came from Ibn Sina University, which started the early recovery. He pointed out that their goal in the Council is to restore universities and centers to recover again after the looting and vandalism that they were exposed to before the Militia .
He revealed a program that targets educational institutions on how to restore the appropriate work environment for workers and students in higher education institutions and universities, pointing out that the workshop held today at Ibn Sina University is the first workshop to be implemented within the framework of early recovery. He praised the efforts made by Ibn Sina University and the work team in the council.
He stressed that the workshop represents a real start to recovery in all public and private higher education institutions in Khartoum State, saluting the university for this initiative and noting that he is proud to be a part of it, especially since it is a distinguished edifice that has contributed to development. He expressed his wish that Ibn Sina University will be at the top of Sudanese universities, especially since it has a very strong infrastructure that has been able to reach more than 10 faculties within a few years.
The Chairman of the Higher Committee for Reconstruction at Ibn Sina University, Dr. Al-Nazir Mohamed Al-Nour, pointed out that the university believes in its role in serving the community and supporting the quality of education, noting that cooperation with the Council comes in order to enhance the community’s ability to advance.
The representative of the students, Ali Salahuddin Ali Al-Amin, stated that Ibn Sina University has developed a lofty edifice that is capable of providing all facilities to the students of science.
