Defense Minister Reveals Saudi Arabia’s Role in Sudan’s Peace

Sudanese Defense Minister Hassan Kabroun stated that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has played an active role in Sudan since the beginning of the war, including its hosting of the Jeddah Forum.

In an interview with Arab News, Kabroun added that Saudi Arabia’s voice was strong in seeking solutions that would satisfy the Sudanese people. He noted that Riyadh’s efforts culminated in the recent meeting between Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and US President Donald Trump, during which they discussed the situation in Sudan and the need to find solutions to ensure Sudan’s safety and the stability of its people.
